Memorial Day

It’s another year.  Louie would say..Mom..”what’s for dinner” or to John..can you hook me up.  The reference was always to food…never to the holiday.  He would come and go, and never once did I think he was going to live a short life.  I remembered watching a tribute to the columbine students….little did I know my boy would be dead a few short weeks later.

 

i love Louie..,I want to lay tribute to him and to all the other victims of violence this Memorial Day 2013.  In addition to the families of the amazing military lost who have protected our freedom.  God bless them.  It’s so funny..Louie always wanted to be a marine.  “I miss you Lou”.  Send me a sign..
